Each team can bring any additional material and components for retrofit, energy dissipation or/and isolation, these material and components should be reported to the staff during the conference and registration time. Only the registered material and components are allowable to be used onto the benchmark model.

The components of the isolation and energy dissipation could be made before the competition or during the model-constructing time. F inished products, and semi-finished goods, parts and components are permitted as long as they have been registered and scrutinized. However, connection between components and benchmark model should be constructed during the model-constructing time at NCREE.
